    Fair enough, everyone imagines differently.

    Imagine someone with low muscle mass and fragile bones; (likely chronically condemned to be stuck in hospital beds) thus more than half their body weight would be fat. You might only find them in medical journals as case studies for rare diseases but they do exist.
