The pen is a Kaweco Perkeo Infrared color. Didn’t notice I did not cap it properly. The cap is on a pen holder with elastic that goes around my notebook. Took the holder to place around the book, pen fell put of cap and hit nib first on tiled floor
It still hurts even if it’s a cheaper pen 🥺

You have my sympathy, i lost my fave pen that way too, the manufacturer didn’t even sell replacement nib assemblies.
And I just searched around and see that Kaweco doesn’t sell replacement nibs for the Perkeo 😿

That’s why I switched to Jinhao 9016. Perfect for daily use, costs only $5
Try to bend it back with pliers or something. It may not be as good as it was before, but it can definitely rescue it from the dump.
I won’t be dumping it yet. I was going to try bending it back. Good thing I have a small pliers.
A jeweler or an orthodontic assistant (or orthodontist) should be able to fix that perfectly.
I bent it back. I could have gone a lot slower tbh. But it’s usable now. It’s not an expensive pen so that’s why I am willing to do it. And i think I’m going to use this as my test pen to learn nib tuning.
