    It could be the quality of all these things. Getting bad sleep because of apnea or such won’t leave you as rested, while eating non nutritious food will leave you still hungry. Being around people without emotionally connecting with them won’t make you less lonely.

    It could also be depression or disregulation from any number of sources and causes. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
