A gold standard on how you should do parody movies - just a constant firehose of puns, jokes, references, physical comedy, so even if a bit falls flat there’s another one ready down the pipe.
Angie Tribeca is a modern show version of this type of comedy. It is done phenomenally and I can’t recommend it enough.
