That being ligne claire (or adjacent) art, naturally I had to figure out who it was by. Welp, artist seems to be Arturo Redondo, depicting Las Muelas Port (Puerto de las Muelas) in Triana, Seville, in 1519.
I sort of assumed he worked in BD, but it seems… not to be the case. Another art sample:
