81.9 percent of new cars sold in Denmark were electric. That’s pretty good, but Finland and Sweden had electric car shares of 48.8 and 42 percent, respectively, which is cause for celebration here at our global headquarters.

Austria is a sadly slow 16%, we have near zero oil so im.not sure why the vast majority’s are so stupid but its long been thus and here we are.
Our national train service is also laughable woeful, stupidity^2
Denmark has gone from a 13.2 percent electric car share in April, 2022 to 81.9 percent in April 2026. This is a very clear maturation of the market in just four years.
Looks like Denmark is 6 years behind Norway.
