I think MTG is technically protected by her status as a Congresswoman and the fact that she read the dick-pick into the Congressional Record. She’d have to be censured by the House Ethics Committee and we all know where that would go under a Republican committee chairman.
I may be misremembering, but didn’t she email the pictures to her mailing list followers? I don’t feel that would be protected, if so.
