The article doesn’t say if it would prevent those “really, I’m not disposable!” extra heavy but still disposable plastic bags.

That’s good though!
I hope it stops Chinese places from stuffing all types of sauces in the bag. Very rarely used them.

That stuff is awful. It’s okay on hotdogs and that’s about it. Even then, a spicy brown mustard or a dijon is better.
Those are even worse! They did that here and it’s the stupidest “solution” I’ve ever seen. They took away the plastic bags and started charging everyone for paper bags that were always free before. Then they brought in bags that use 100x more plastic and continued charging people. The whole thing feels like a ploy by the grocers to add yet another upcharge to grocery shopping. Fuck!
