Probably because this horse toilet is anatomically correct.
I thought this was a fancy serving tray, for like when your toilet horse wants breakfast in bed.

It must be. That design isn’t capable of holding much weight.
Looks like it’s just attached to the wall like the wall mounted toilets in public bathrooms so it should hold a lot of weight.
There’s a lot of weight in the front half of the horse, and it protrudes much further from the fulcrum (bottom of the wall mount point).
