From a left-wing perspective, it does not make sense to create blackouts in residential districts (unless they were very well off, which is not the case here). It makes a lot of sense from the perspective of someone trying to drive a wedge into society.

Ich glaub gar nichtmal dass die Hauptgefahr vom amerikanischen Militär ausgeht. Ja, die können einiges, aber Europa unterjochen wäre ein etwas zu großer Happen und die Vorbereitungen lange lange vorher sichtbar.

Die Hauptgefahr sind rechtsextreme Lakaien Trumps und Putins, die via Propaganda gepusht und dann ganz normal gewählt werden. Erster notwendiger Schritt wäre mithin eine Abschaltung aller amerikanisch kontrollierter “sozialen” Medien.
