Wenn da aber die Freundschaft fehlt, dann muss man sich halt entweder bei der Familie hilfe suchen(was auch nicht immer geht) oder man braucht halt einen Partner.

Dann kommt halt das man nimmt die erst beste die man kriegen kann. Damit hat man praktisch die Probleme die du beschreist. Warum jemanden kennen lernen, wenn man mit irgendwem zufrieden ist und natürlich will man der tolle Retter sein der super viel hilft, man will die Frau ja rumkriegen. Das funktioniert natürlich nicht wirklich gut.

Wenn man also genug Wind oder Solarstrom hat, braucht man kein Erdgas und damit wird der Strom dann günstig. Es wurde den letzten Monat mehr Wind und Solarstrom produziert und damit fallen halt die Preise. Das dürft auch so anhalten. Selbst im März, der ja nicht super sonnig ist kommt reicht der Solarstrom zusammen mit Biomasse und Wasserkraft für 80% der Last am Mittag. Im Sommer dürfte das praktisch alles decken und es wird auch gut zugebaut. Bei Wind kommt momentan auch wieder Fahrt auf gerade bei Offshore dürft diese Jahr gut 1,5GW bringen.

Oil consumption has not gone up much after Covid and is starting to slowly fall again. A huge part of that is that the car fleet is slowly moving electric. Even relatively small changes in EV buying habits, can relatively quickly lower oil demand. It it is structural it becomes a massive issue. That becomes even worse, as Germany has a huge car industry and that turning to EVs would take away a big ally of big oil.

For gas the situation is even crazier. German gas imports halved due to the war in Ukraine. Most of that was just transiting through, but there is also a massive reduction in consumption. Heat pumps are slowly replacing gas heating in the country and a law pushed through by the Greens would basically kill the heating business long term. That is 55% of German gas consumption.

Also in the Strait of Hormuz using a telescope is probably what you actually want to do. There is the Automatic Identification System, which works using radio and among other things includes the ships registration. However the Strait of Hormuz currently has a lot of electronic warfare going on, which makes this unreliable. Also it is allowed to not use it or fake some data, if you are in dangerous waters, which is certainly the case in the Strait. So using a telescope is actually what you would do and then check the ships name and flag in the countries registration database.
