2·3 days agoI don’t have any accounts on the fash friendly state-funded/corpo social platforms, but has anyone seen if the developer has made a statement online since the app got relisted?
Either way, I wouldn’t use this app at this point. Not because of anything the developer has done, rather because Google can man-in-the-middle any version of the app he submits. Might sound a little far fetched, but given the continous fealty to this administration, and Google’s deep relationships with Gov entities going back decades…
Well… why trust them to not be supplying whatever alphabet agency with user data?

Totally, I’m happy to. You’re going to want to check out https://laracasts.com/. They do video courses on Laravel, PHP, JavaScript, and other web related languages. Also, there’s content for best practices aimed at new and seasoned devs. The creator of Laracasts works closely with Laravel’s creator and dev team for the content they produce. Monthly subscription, but totally worth it.
Senior Laravel/PHP Dev here. I’m really tempted to fork Pixelfed and loops. I’ve interacted with him on and off for nearly 8 years, and I just wish he’d make decisions where he would FULLY complete feature development initiatives… instead, he squirrels off towards a new shiny object.
Yard sales, pawn shops, thrift stores, and the humble library system can help mitigate that money working it’s way up to the coked up pedos that run the film studios.

Every time I see Schumer’s stupid face on a headline, I already know it’s gonna be him threatening to possibly do his job to some degree. Reliably, he vanishes like a fart in the wind after he wags his flaccid dick in front of the cameras until the next provocation happens.
My message to all these poor, flabbergasted congress critters who claim they’re fighting for the little people out there: “tits or gtfo”

142·23 days agoWhy give a fuck what these race baiting shitbirds have to say? Whenever one of them there uppity colored folks gets murdered by the state, the NRA falls in line to blame the victim. If that victim owned their firearm legally, and was exercising their 2A rights… suddenly the NRA goes quiet.
We’ve seen this for fucking decades. Wash. Rinse. Repeat.
The NRA took their mask all the way off and became a pro-violence propaganda outlet right after 911; prior to that, they were actually in the business of educating and advocating for responsible gun ownership.
So again, WHY should we care about what the NRA believes society should think or feel in the face of a blatant state sponsored execution? The only thing I want from the NRA is to see it’s HQ as a plie of smoldering rubble before I croak.
