But I agree, these things should be taken care of with a warrant (or similar) with a defined scope.

7·14 days agoI use my 50 mbps connection to host Plex/Jellyfin and I have a wireguard setup to allow me to access my files.
It works… Mostly. I have to manually set my streaming rate in Jellyfin to something reasonable to make it work remotely.
Downloading files from my server is an overnight process most times.
It also runs qbit with port forwarding to have faster uploading speeds. Everything manages to squeeze through that 50 mbps.

1·26 days agoI really like Lion Coffee, a Hawaiian brand you can buy on amazon. It’s not crazy expensive like some Hawaiian coffees.
The Fresh Market sells my favorite coffee. They’re worth checking out if you’re near one.
Coffee and creamer, but not a lot. Probably like 1:12 ratio cream to coffee. Edit: also, the creamer must be actual dairy
Two bonuses from vanilla flavored coffees: - it’s usually a lighter roast, which I enjoy more. - it smells great when brewing.
Vanilla all day every day. Also hazelnut if I’m in the mood.

5·1 month agoFor tourniquets, make sure you pull that strap TIGHT before you start turning the windlass. If the strap is loose, the windlass won’t tighten enough to stop the bleeding.
3·1 month agoI’ve had a few styles of shawarma and I think they’re similar but shawarma is in a tortilla-like thing, while gyros are in pita bread or something. More of a burrito vs taco.
4·1 month agoI had high hopes for soundux but it just doesn’t compare to SoundPad (windows only). It’s a very finicky piece of software

The updates are just turning on and off the seasonal things and adding community maps and stuff.

It will be used to separate the wealthy from the poor even further. The wealthy people will afford it and make their families healthier and better looking.
I support the idea of eliminating genetic disabilities via gene editing, but the second you add in the option of picking eye or hair color, height, or skin color, you’re going down a path of eugenics that only works to put down those unable to pay for it.
