Growing up I legitimately thought the US were the head of NATO. Gotta admit that I only recently, like a good few years ago, found out that’s not true.

Was mir halt fehlt ist die Einordnung für mich als Normalbürger ohne Kenntnisse von öffentlichen Finanzen. Also, das ist nicht dein Job, sondern imo der Job vom Journalisten.
Ob eine oder 10 Milliarden, für mich als Privatperson klingt das alles total krass. Aber das sind irgendwelche riesigen absoluten Zahlen.
Ist das für eine Stadt viel, ist das wenig, gibt es Grenzen, Auflagen, wie läuft das in anderen Staaten, etc. pp. Es braucht mMn. im Artikel halt einfach irgendwas um diese absoluten Zahlen für die Zielgruppe einordenbar zu machen. Und Zielgruppe gehe ich jetzt einfach mal davon aus, sollen normale Leute ohne größeres Wissen von öffentlicher Finanzierung sein.
