Funny how no one remembers that cars have been killing pedestrians for decades, but somehow bikes are the problem.

You can easily find a cheap old phone with an SD slot. If you have music downloaded then you don’t need good specs, just put it in flight mode so the battery lasts longer.
Nothing so romantic as shitting together
Can’t work out if this entire thread is trolling… Someone send me proof.

Once scammers get your phone number you’ll learn to hate the sound of your ringtone. Once scammers get your email your inbox will be flooded with phishing. Once they get one of your passwords, you better hope you haven’t used the same one somewhere else. If they get access to any embarrassing photos you can expect an uncomfortable ransom request. You never really know how they’ll use your information against you but you can sure as hell bet that they will.
And those are just the illegal threats. The legal ones are worse imo.
Why don’t they return to traditional living? Because the knowledge is gone and the land has been colonised. I’m not saying it was an easy life but the life expectancy was actually much better before colonisation, much better than 40 and certainly better than Europe’s poor at the time.
You also can’t judge a culture for not inventing the wheel. It’s like saying Europeans are inferior because they hadn’t invented the boomerang or water tree. Europeans didn’t need those things just as Aboriginals didn’t need to build roads and haul cargo up and down them every day.

The way they’re calling it a “device” is pathetic. It was a bomb, no different to other terrorist attacks. It’s an absolutely blessing it didn’t go off.

Actually it’s for twerking at pacman scissors

I remember hearing GOG does a lot of extra work to make their games run better, so then it makes sense that their programmers use C++.
Ok yeah that’s really good to remember. But can you tell me why it’s important to remember this on the 26th and not a more inclusive day?
Don’t you think it’s kind of gaslighting to tell people they should just forget it’s a day of death and suffering and celebrate like everyone else?
The short answer is an important part of the Australian community considers the 26th to be a day of mourning and pain, so hardly a day we should celebrate.
Are you aware that indigenous Australians had possibly the highest standard of living in the world at the time? All the food, resources and medicines they could need, and all round very healthy. That was all destroyed when they were moved from their land, children stolen, even massacred, so the knowledge no longer exists. Today being born indigenous means a huge disadvantage because of the ongoing impacts. Does that seem right to you? Would you still say they’re benefiting from being occupied?
That’s a pretty miserable world view. What makes you think people here are so cynical?

Racism and hate. I’d love to address drivers tailgating (#1 cause of accidents, so easily preventable), or hating cyclists (every person who uses a bike instead of a car means less road congestion, less waiting, not more).
But I think addressing racism would have a bigger impact right now - we’re genetically the same, cultural differences are compatible, bad journalism and social media prods us to get angry, treating others like shit only makes others do the same, etc.
I’ll add that we use the mercator projection because it preserves shapes but not scale. There’s other projections that preserve scale but not shapes.

So you just say, Israel is committing genocide (it’s ok to be jewish/Israeli).
I am an angel of death, give your command and I will slaughter your enemies!
Um yeah, hey can you just tell me what this flower is
It’s gotto be real analogue vintage

What’s the context of this? Was the bike cop trying to arrest the guy?
