PC Gaming@lemmy.ca•Steam updates AI disclosure form to specify that it's focused on AI-generated content that is 'consumed by players,' not efficiency tools used behind the scenesEnglish

Virtual Reality@lemmy.world•Steam Frame needs 27-45W of power to run, and it can run off an additional batteryEnglish
25·1 month agoThis photo shows that you need at least 9 volts to wake up the battery controller after it being set to shipping mode, it has absolutely no indication of any power usage requirements for the device to operate. Even if the power usage of the device falls into this range, it is a coincidence and had nothing to do with this image.
I’d imagine in futuristic reality it would be easier for the parents to predefine the gender ahead of time. We can do it now, I wonder if it was possible back when the movie was made? Also, is there any chance a person who was reassigned at birth (assuming the new gender fits them) would care about trans community? While feeling gender dysphoria is awful, understanding and the experience of it is one of the main things that unite trans people into the loving support and mutual help community…

3·4 months agothere is basically only one wifi vacuum model that can easily be operated without the app, as it’s the only one that has a display. the other ones can’t do any scheduling, or I think even change the vacuum power without the app. of course virtual no-go lines are gone now too. I believe you could use a 3rd party program via USB to schedule these, but most of their wifi vacuum line is too cumbersome to use anymore.
the first movie was pretty good. the second one though, the whole way reinfection happened made me turn off the video player and delete the movie on the spot.
