There have been some artists that did actual performance art similar to this. “Miniskirt” made of mirrors with nothing underneath, so that participants would theoretically have to look at themselves while touching the female artist/performer below the belt.

No, it’s not. They describe an abusuve household explicitly. They aren’t talking just about everyone trying to cheer someone down up. They’re also talking about when an entire household goes tense because the matriarch gets in a bad mood and everyone is waiting for things to explode.

People having basic awareness of the emotions of others they live with is normal. I have 5 years of experience in tech support in a Windows environment, then 5 years of system administration and engineering also in a Windows environment. Plus years of being a computer nerd before it became my career.
I think in all that time I’ve only ever had reason to delete files in system32 directly around 5 times. There used to be a bug with one specific log folder where it could bloat up over multiple GB, but that was fixed many years ago, and it was a well known issue.
Any other time I’ve made changes to system32 it has been effectively by proxy. Installing fonts, adjusting group policy settings that have further effects (normally they just adjust registry), installing and uninstalling some of the few programs that touch those folders.
In short, 999 time out of 1000, you’re better off leaving system32 the fuck alone.
If you want to mess around with shit that likely to break your computer, make a VM and go nuts. Don’t do it on a machine you rely on having work properly.
I would look at mod collections on nexus or wabbajack. Beyond that, there are mods that allow you to have a different start to the game than “so you’re finally awake”, which delay the main quest until you effectively start it yourself.

I’m sorry that happened to you, but that’s not how any of this works. Windows doesn’t break functionality in that manner to force an update. There’s no need when they have all the technical access to just force the update if they cared that much.
The BSOD may have been a driver or hardware issue. Also, saying it took you 5 hours doesn’t say anything about what you actually tried. sfc /scannow can take multiple hours to run, and it’s entirely useless outside of some very specific instances of corruption of the OS install despite every fucking Microsoft forum suggestion telling people to start with it every single time.

It’s like fake nudes. Back in the days of film photography you could still make fake nudes by physically cutting anf pasting images together. It was considerably more work and low quality. Now you can generate much higher quality fake nudes far far faster, even faking different angles and facial expressions from the input.

There are tons of alternative options besides using AI to generate voiceover. There’s the tried and true “put text on the screen”, even just by typing shit in a note taking program as you record.
There’s no need to make a video at all if you don’t have the skills/resources. People can make blog posts, websites, posts on forums or sites like this very one where they just type out the text and include screenshots or short video clips where necessary.
And there are plenty of people with negative levels of video production skills and bad voices still fucking doing it anyway.
There is no situation where using AI voice is actually necessary to get the information out.
