
This was a meal shared with a carnist relative who is visiting. It’s pretty easy but impressive, and it’s novel enough they won’t complain about it “missing something”.
My husband has suggested we get an induction burner and I am excite. Using the electric pressure cooker is sub-optimal (it’s too tall). With the induction burner we can get one of those divided pots so we can cook our own food in our own half 😈. I think we eat it enough that it will be a nice thing to have.
We did use packaged broth but if we’re eating it more I’m sure we’ll try making our own.
