Why are airlines exempt from common-sense laws in the first place? Sure, let SpaceX and future space lines be common carriers, but let’s regulate them all, for how they treat their customers and employees and the environment. Don’t let Ronald Reagan’s dementia continue to give them a get-out-of-jail-free card!
