Breakfast: Greek yoghurt and honey, a ham and mushroom omelette, croissants and coffee. Don’t want to overdo it.

Lunch: chicken souvlaki and ouzo. Careful, let’s not ruin my appetite for later.

Dinner: three of everything from the buffet, multiple bread rolls, a large bowl of chips, seven desserts and a beer.

Nice mate. I was up on the north coast a couple of years ago. Loved it.

I could have opened my hotel room balcony door, and sat and stared at the massive fuckoff rock formation opposite the room for hours. And I did.

    Lovely place. Enjoy your break.

Cheers, bud. We’re in Elounda on the east coast near-ish to Agios Nicolaos and it feels like heaven. The views are stunning and the weather is perfect. The beer’s pretty good too.

If you don’t pass out in a food coma then have a look at the night sky. If you’re normally somewhere with loads of light pollution (i.e. most of Britain) then seeing the full Milky Way is a real treat.

        I do mate yeah

I’m no David Bailey so the lighting is all to wack, but I could quite easily sit there and stare at the side of that with a coffee all day.

Not a terrible view! I’d be happy to sit on the balcony with a fresh coffee, a book and nobody else to disturb my peace!
